Session - Contractual Terms and Conditions

Individual, Private Clientele

In the case of Individual, Private Clients, the course material is relative to that person specifically. The sessions will be tailored as per individual requirements, thus will not necessarily follow any set example.
In the case of Relationship Couples – The 1st session will be to establish common ground between the couple.

* Each individual will there-after be consulted separately until such

time as it is deemed necessary to collaborate

Although a file is created for each private client; a strict code of confidentiality is adhered to at all times.

Should the coach feel added benefit would be gained by the client; referral to another coach / method of ‘treatment’ will be suggested.
Should additional treatment be within the capacity of the coach; it will be charged separately – will not be included into the Life Coaching sessions.

* Procedures outside the Life Coaching sessions will be conducted at an assigned convenient time.

Group/Workshop Clientele - Single Rates apply for 5 or less participants; 6 + ...a group rate will be negotiated.

In the case of Groups / Workshops, course material will be prepared in accordance with what is required by the paying client [CEO /HoD /MD /etc] in charge of organizing the sessions.
Protocol will be set in place with the group in commitment to strict confidentiality in accordance with the company rules and regulations.
Should an individual from the Group Sessions want to continue further Life Coaching, they will be considered as Private Clients [as above]
Should an individual from the Group Sessions desire other ‘treatments’ from myself; they will be considered as Private Clients [as above] and be charged in accordance to the treatments they request.

Practice and Charge Protocol

Sessions are viewed as diarized appointments; as such considered as confirmed unless changed by either party.
Normal Business working hours will be adhered to and respected, unless otherwise agreed to. Your coach is not to be assumed available 24 ~ 7 ~ 365.
It is required that cell phones are not entertained during sessions, unless arranged with coach as an emergency.
Late arrivals will not be entertained; you will not be given extra time at the end…. [dis-respectful to the next on-time client]. It is up to you to make sure you are punctual or accept to forfeit lost time at full charge.
Non – arrivals will be charged in full for the appointment.
Cancellations will be accepted – a minimum 24hrs Prior to appointment time – by phone. No sms / whatsapp / e-mail will be accepted.
If sessions are held in your private home – it is required that peace, quiet and privacy is considered paramount to the session…..ie: no distractions.
A Separate Travel Fee of R50 will be charged if the Private Home sessions are beyond the Southern Suburbs. [Plumstead to Observatory]
Session payments in full are accepted in Cash or EFT.

If EFT is the choice of payment, an e-mailed proof of payment is required at least 24hrs BEFORE the session date
